Shipping & Delivery
Each of our kits is made by hand and to order, so please allow us a little time to work our magic. Keep an eye on your account for updates as we stitch your kit together. Once it’s ready, we’ll send over a tracking number so you can follow its journey home.
We use Royal Mail, so delivery times will vary depending on your location. Most packages arrive swiftly, but please allow up to 30 days—just in case your parcel decides to take the scenic route.
Ordering from outside the UK?
We don’t charge VAT on international orders. However, depending on your country’s rules, you may be responsible for any customs duties or import fees once your parcel arrives.
